
Madeleine
Discover the charm of France with our signature handcrafted madeleines. Select from classic vanilla to floral or citrus notes, and top if off with Valrhona white, milk or dark chocolate shells, with your choice of sugar level. The madeleines are sold in a box of 6 miniatures and 3 large pieces.
Designs may vary slightly from the photograph, depending on the availability of ingredients. We recommend starting with reduced sugar level for the highest bump on the madeleine and optimal texture and taste.
For a classic flavor, we suggest the vanilla flavor which is speckled with vanilla beans from France. For a light and elegant flavor combination, we suggest pairing the floral notes of rose with the creamy sweetness of the white chocolate. For a comforting and balanced flavor combination, we suggest pairing the bright citrus of orange with the smooth, silky notes of milk chocolate. For a rich and vibrant flavor combination, we suggest pairing the mellow warmth of vanilla or the soft citrus lift of lemon with the bold intensity of the dark chocolate.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
As our chocolates are tempered, they will not melt at room temperature. However, depending on how warm the surrounding room temperature is due to our sunny climate, they may soften & hence are best indulged within a day.
Keep all pastries in a cool & dry place, away from sunlight. For optimal taste and experience, do not refrigerate products as their original texture will be altered due to the difference in temperatures.
All pastries best consumed within a day, or transfer to airtight container to extend shelf life to:
Madeleines: 2 days
Brownies: 3 days (to reheat with preheated oven at 175 C for 3-5 minutes)
Cookies: 5 days
