Matcha lovers - its time to rejoice! Our Neapolitan Cookies have finally arrived - fragrant, and beautifully layered with flavors.
Each order comes with a vanilla base made with premium 100% pure vanilla beans from Mireia. You can customize your cookies with two additional flavors of your choice: Ceremonial Grade Matcha, Valrhona Chocolate, or Single Roasted Hōjicha.
Delicately soft on the inside and lightly dusted with sugar on top, these cookies are a treat for both the eyes and the palate.

Although we do not work with nuts in the kitchen, our pastries may contain traces of nuts as the raw ingredients are not certified to be nut-free.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
As our chocolates are tempered, they will not melt at room temperature. However, depending on how warm the surrounding room temperature is due to our sunny climate, they may soften & hence are best indulged within a day.
Keep all pastries in a cool & dry place, away from sunlight. For optimal taste and experience, do not refrigerate products as their original texture will be altered due to the difference in temperatures.
All pastries best consumed within a day, or transfer to airtight container to extend shelf life to:
Madeleines: 2 days
Brownies: 3 days (to reheat with preheated oven at 175 C for 3-5 minutes)
Cookies: 5 days
