Enjoy the dense, rich, and moist, melt-in-your-mouth center of the brownies made with Valrhona 70% Guanaja Dark Chocolate.
Decide on your desired sugar levels, sea salt toppings, or Valrhona chocolate fillings of white, milk or dark chocolate.
Note: Select halved sugar level if you prefer an emphasis on the depth of the dark cocoa. 3 pieces of brownies are approximately 210 grams. 6 pieces of brownies are approximately 420 grams.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
As our chocolates are tempered, they will not melt at room temperature. However, depending on how warm the surrounding room temperature is due to our sunny climate, they may soften & hence are best indulged within a day.
Keep all pastries in a cool & dry place, away from sunlight. For optimal taste and experience, do not refrigerate products as their original texture will be altered due to the difference in temperatures.
All pastries best consumed within a day, or transfer to airtight container to extend shelf life to:
Madeleines: 2 days
Brownies: 3 days (to reheat with preheated oven at 175 C for 3-5 minutes)
Cookies: 5 days
