Our Cinnamon Churro Cookies have arrived just in time for the festive season! Churros and cookies have always been a popular choice in Christmas markets and fairs, why not combine them both?
Enjoy these golden treats with a crisp coating and softer center, dusted in cinnamon-sugar that makes every bite feel like a holiday hug. This is a favorite among fellow churro-and-cookie lovers like us!
Decide on your desired sugar levels, and Valrhona chocolate fillings of white, milk or dark chocolate. Please note that the lower the sugar level, the lower the crunch of the cookies (the cookies will be softer).

Although we do not work with nuts in the kitchen, our pastries may contain traces of nuts as the raw ingredients are not certified to be nut-free.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
As our chocolates are tempered, they will not melt at room temperature. However, depending on how warm the surrounding room temperature is due to our sunny climate, they may soften & hence are best indulged within a day.
Keep all pastries in a cool & dry place, away from sunlight. For optimal taste and experience, do not refrigerate products as their original texture will be altered due to the difference in temperatures.
All pastries best consumed within a day, or transfer to airtight container to extend shelf life to:
Madeleines | Muffins | Choux: 2 days
Brownies: 3 days (to reheat with preheated oven at 175 C for 3-5 minutes)
Cookies: 5 days
