Red Velvet Cupcakes
If you have never taken a liking for the flavor, you have not tried our Red Velvet Cupcakes — soft and moist with a perfect balance of vanilla and cocoa. These are beautifully crowned with a unique buttercream frosting in cream cheese flavor where the tangy notes blends in with the red velvet base for the ultimate indulgence.
Each set of 6 cupcakes are elegantly decorated with gold flakes, with one special cupcake crowned with our exclusive Marouba chocolate medallion. The cupcakes are neatly presented in a clear holder, wrapped with our signature branded ribbon, and adorned with seasonal flowers.
(Note: The images feature the green Christmas festive ribbon. During non-festive periods, our signature unbleached cotton ribbon will be used.)
Decide on your desired sugar levels (only applicable to cupcake base), and frosting designs of swirls or rifts. We strongly recommend reduced sugar level for the perfect ratio of tender crumbs to keep the cupcakes utterly soft and moist. Select the swirl frosting design for a higher level of frosting, or rift design for lesser frosting, according to your preference!

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
As our chocolates are tempered, they will not melt at room temperature. However, depending on how warm the surrounding room temperature is due to our sunny climate, they may soften & hence are best indulged within a day.
Keep all pastries in a cool & dry place, away from sunlight. For optimal taste and experience, do not refrigerate products as their original texture will be altered due to the difference in temperatures.
All pastries best consumed within a day, or transfer to airtight container to extend shelf life to:
Madeleines | Muffins | Choux: 2 days
Brownies: 3 days (to reheat with preheated oven at 175 C for 3-5 minutes)
