Perfect with a glass of milk, or as a gift, our cookies are handcrafted to order and delivered fresh.
Note: Regular sugar level has been removed to obtain the perfect taste with a balance between the cookie dough and chocolate bites. Select reduced sugar level for a caramel tasting note, or select halved sugar level for an emphasis on the chocolate.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
As our chocolates are tempered, they will not melt at room temperature. However, depending on how warm the surrounding room temperature is due to our sunny climate, they may soften & hence are best indulged within a day.
Keep all pastries in a cool & dry place, away from sunlight. For optimal taste and experience, do not refrigerate products as their original texture will be altered due to the difference in temperatures.
All pastries best consumed within a day, or transfer to airtight container to extend shelf life to:
Madeleines: 2 days
Brownies: 3 days (to reheat with preheated oven at 175 C for 3-5 minutes)
Cookies: 5 days
